We provide a happy school environment where children are inspired to fulfil their potential and become confident, articulate and independent in thought and spirit. We are fortunate at the Junior School to be part of a school that has a long history of inspired teaching and scholarship.

Alleyn's was founded in 1619 by Edward Alleyn, a contemporary of William Shakespeare and the greatest actor of his day.

Our close association with the Senior School gives us access to a magnificent range of resources. It is also an association that provides your child with an opportunity for a truly continuous first class education and excellent preparation for the journey beyond.

The Junior School caters for boys and girls from 4+ to 11+, in a purpose-built environment. Pupils are prepared for entry into our Senior School in a supportive atmosphere tailored to their needs, participating in a great range of activities through a structured timetable. Our main intake points are 4+, 7+ and a small intake at 9+.
