Alleyn's Holiday Camp offers a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities to keep children of all interests happy, active and entertained.
Activities for everyone
Located at our 30 acre site in Dulwich, our multi-sport activity camp provides a full range of physical activities to get hearts pumping, as well as the option to creative with arts and crafts in our well-resourced art classroom. Alleyn's Holiday Camp is open to everyone, not just those attending school at Alleyn's.
Our camps are led by qualified teachers who understand how to maximise fun within a safe environment. With an emphasis on participation to help children acquire new skills and confidence, and to make new friends, our friendly team ensure that every day is bursting with variety and enjoyment.
Each day is carefully planned in advance so that there is something for everyone to choose from. If a particular sport or game is requested we will do our best to include it within the day's schedule.
Activities on offer may include swimming, football, dodgeball, kwik cricket, gymnastics and trampolining, table tennis, adventure playground, benchball, rollerball, rounders, basketball, netball, capture the flag, mini Olympics, unihoc, parachute games, frisbee and lots of opportunity for arts and crafts. When taking a break the children play together using board games, lego, colouring sheets or they may read a book if they prefer some quiet time.
We run throughout the year outside Alleyn's School term-time (including half-terms, Easter and summer holidays). We welcome children aged 5 to 12 years old; children must be attending school between Years 1 and 7. We are unable to host children under 5 or attending school in Reception.
Our standard day runs from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. Registration opens at 9.00 am. Activities start at 9.30 am and continue until 4.15 pm with lots of breaks for the children to catch their breath. Children must be collected by 4.45 pm.
We also offer extended days; for a £7.50 supplement (per child, per day) children may be dropped off early between 8.00 am and 9.00 am and collected between 4.45 pm and 6.00 pm. Please purchase extended days at the time of booking.

We use a secure third-party payment and booking system called WISEPAY to register children for the Camp.
You will need to create an account to register your details before you are able to book a place for your child.
To book your child's place:

Select the camp/s that you wish to book
When booking ensure you have completed a Child Details form
Once registered with Wisepay you will be emailed a password which we advise you to change to something more memorable for future use. You are able to do this via the 'My Wisepay Account' tab which also lists full booking and payment history.
It is advisable to book in advance to guarantee your place.
Please call the Camp Manager on 07823 539257 if you would like to check availability on the day of a camp prior to arriving at Alleyn's (please call from 8.00 am onwards).
Provided we are not fully booked we will accept bookings on the day although payment must be made via the Wisepay system or via credit or debit card at the registration desk.
Please note we are no longer able to accept cash at the registration desk on the day.
Each child will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks for the day, as well as a refillable drinks bottle. Please download our PARENT INFORMATION which includes further details of the Camp including what your child should bring with them.
We will need to register your child when you drop them off. Registration and collection of children will take place in the SIXTH FORM CENTRE. This includes early drop off and late collection when booking an extended day.
A map of the Alleyn's School site is provided in the link above and in our Parent Information. Please arrive via the Senior School Main Entrance on Townley Road. The Sixth Form Centre is building number 10 and is located near to the Senior School Quad. You are welcome to speak with our Commissionaire and Security Team located at the front of School in Townley Lodge if you need further directions.
Providers of multi-sport activity camps do not have to register with Ofsted if they care for children aged five and over (we will have no under-5s) and offer no more than two types of activity from a prescribed list (we offer sport and arts and crafts).
Nevertheless, though not a requirement for a camp of our current scope, we have applied for Voluntary Registration with Ofsted.
Please be assured that all our staff have been fully DBS checked by the School and vetted to ensure that they hold suitable qualifications before starting work for us.
Our policies, procedures and insurance provision meet all necessary requirements and the welfare of the children in our care will always take priority.
