Activities for everyone
Alleyn's Holiday Camp offers a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities to keep children happy, active and entertained. Any child in school between Year 1 and Year 6 is welcome.
Every day at Alleyn’s Holiday Camp is packed full to the brim with action, adventure and fun. Our Camp is open to all - not just those attending school at Alleyn's.
Our 30-acre site in Dulwich is the perfect location for a multi-sport activity camp. A full range of physical activities gets hearts pumping and there is also the option for your child to indulge their creative side with a daily arts and crafts session in our well-resourced art room.
Our camps are led by experienced staff who know how to maximise fun within a safe environment. With an emphasis on participation, we help children acquire new skills and confidence and make new friends. Our friendly team ensures that every day is bursting with variety and enjoyment and days are planned carefully so there is plenty for every child to choose from.
Activities on offer may include; swimming, football, dodgeball, kwik kricket, gymnastics, table tennis, adventure playground, benchball, rollerball, rounders, basketball, netball, capture the flag, football, unihoc, tag rugby, parachute games, table tennis and lots of opportunities for arts and crafts. If a particular sport or game is requested we will do our best to include it in the day's schedule.
During breaks the children play board games together, play with LEGO, do drawing and colouring, or they might read a book if they prefer some quiet time.
Our courses run throughout the year during Alleyn's School holidays (including half-terms, Easter and summer holidays). We welcome children attending school between Years 1 and 6 (inclusive); we are unable to take children attending school in Reception.
Our standard day runs from 9.00 am to 4.45 pm and costs £50.00. Registration opens at 9.00 am and activities run between 9.30 am and 4.15 pm. Children must be collected by 4.45 pm.
Children coming for an Extended Day (£10.00 supplement per child, per day) may be dropped off between 8.00 am and 9.00 am and must be collected by 6.00 pm.
Swimming
Unique to our camp, we provide every child with a structured swimming session each day. These sessions are delivered by our in-house team of ASA and Swim England qualified swimming teachers in our state-of-the-art pool.
Children who are unable to swim, who are learning to swim or who are unsure around water will work in small groups with their own dedicated swimming teacher to improve their abilities and increase their confidence.
For able and confident swimmers there will be plenty of time for water-based fun such as water polo, splash sessions, pool games and diving practice.
