The Annual Dinner of the Club is a wonderful occasion which takes place in the Advent term and is open to Alleyn’s alumni and their guests. Please contact us via Email for further details or see the form in the autumn edition of the EAC magazine.

Annual Dinner 2018
This year's dinner was held in the Great Hall and included an entertaining short film made by the 2017-18 President, Nell Butler, starring many established alumni spreading a fun but heartfelt message of connection and support to all new alumni.  Ms Butler handed over her Presidential medal to the Rt Hon Professor the Lord Kakkar PC for 2018-19.

Annual Dinner 2016

The Edward Alleyn Club's 120th Annual Dinner was held at School on Saturday 12th November.  This year's theme from outgoing President, Chris Grant, (Tyson's 1973-'80) was 'South London, naah, naah, naah' and guests were treated to an amusing pre-dinner show performed by Rohan Candappa (Brading's, 1973-'80) about the joys of South London and what it, and Alleyn's, meant to him before retiring to the dining hall to enjoy a fine three course dinner with their friends. The dinner raised over £500 for the Alleyn Benevolent Fund and the Club's own 'you've got to be in it to win it' lottery, the 200 Club, garnered new recruits and saw one Old Boy win £2000 pounds from the draw.

Annual Dinner 2015

The 119th Annual Dinner was held in School on 18th November 2015.

Alumni and their guests dressed in their finest to meet with friends and enjoy a wonderful 3 course dinner in the candle lit dining hall.  The Dinner heralds the start of the new Presidency of the Edward Alleyn Club and so we said goodbye and heartfelt thanks to last year's President, Roger Parkinson, and welcomed 2016's President, Chris Grant.

Annual Dinner 2014

The 118th Annual Dinner of the Edward Alleyn Club took place at School on 15 November 2014. Our 112 guests enjoyed a sparkling reception in the atrium of the Edward Alleyn Building and were then treated to a wonderful dinner with engaging speeches from Dr Frances Bowen (S, 1977-84), Mr Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen (S, 1976-81) and Dr Gary Savage. Dr Frances Bowen passed over her Presidency to Mr Roger Parkinson (B 1960-68) and another year of the Club was duly celebrated in which we particularly reflected on the role of women at Alleyn's and in the Club.

We are grateful to Albert Wayman Scarlett (Cribb's, House Captain, 2008-15) for being out talented photographer for the evening.

The Annual Dinner is the perfect event to reunite with old classmates.  Why not consider getting a table together and reuniting in style? Tables seat between 8 and 12 guests.
