Make a noise about bullying

Anti-Bullying Week saw Mr. English deliver an assembly to the whole school on the importance of 'Making a Noise about Bullying,' taking the theme set by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and bringing it into an Alleyn's context.

Students were invited to consider how the 'people' that make up our community create the kind of school we all want it to be, both as individuals and collectively. They were asked to think about how their actions shape them and were presented with some of the aspirations of our newest recruits.

Mr. English took up the challenge of playing his part in organizing the lunch queue but set the student community the task of living up to the rest.

The future, it appears, is bright for our student-owned culture at Alleyn's.
