Mindfulness for Mental Health Monday

Staff have enjoyed a recorded mindfulness session for Mental Health Monday, as part of the School’s ‘Countdown to Christmas’ programme.  

Our thanks to Ms Seed who provided the session, demonstrating how to use our breath to be in the moment. She reminded us that people often spend time worrying about things in the past, whereas mindfulness is all about being present in the moment.  

A teacher of psychology, Ms Seed’s background in mindfulness comes from her yoga teacher training, as well her qualifications in teaching mindfulness to pupils in school.
