2. Please select and complete one of the three forms below to register your child.
This form should be completed by families who live in the UK and do not qualify for the Pupil Premium, Universal Credit or Income Support.
Please contact us if you have not received an acknowledgement of your registration within 5 working days. It is important that you check your Junk and Spam folders as we are aware that our communications are sometimes not recognised.
The registration fee
There is a non-refundable registration fee of £240 (including VAT).
SEN, medical, dietary needs
Please use the registration form to tell us if your child has any medical or dietary needs, or a specific learning difference (such as dyslexia).
If you wish to apply for examination concessions, we will ask you to share confirmation of your child's specific difference/medical need in line with the School's Entrance Examination Concessions and Access Arrangements Policy.
Scholarships
All children are considered for academic scholarship and, if you wish, you may apply for a departmental scholarship in the performing arts or sport.
Bursaries
Please indicate on the form if you wish to be considered for a means tested bursary to assist with the school fees.
GCSEs and A level choices
Please list your child's current GCSE courses, along with the result of any exams already taken. Please also list your child's proposed A level choices.
Personal Statement
Your child should complete the personal statement themselves, in no more than 350 words. We recommend that the personal statement is prepared in draft, saved so that a copy is retained, and then pasted into this form. The personal statement will be used as part of the selection procedure to judge which candidates we call for interview, alongside the performance in the entrance assessments. We ask the personal statement to address: Why you want to come to Alleyn's and what you would like to be involved in if you join the Upper School.
This form should be completed by families that qualify for the Pupil Premium or are in receipt of Universal Credit or Income Support.
