Fees and financial assistance

You can find out about school fees here. The Senior School offers means-tested financial assistance for children whose families may not otherwise be able to afford an Alleyn's education, as well as a registration fee waiver for those who qualify for the Pupil Premium. 2019 Open Event dates are shown below. All are welcome to attend these events and there is no need to book.

Alleyn's Senior School 2019 Open Events

Prospective pupils and their families are encouraged to attend one of our Open Events. Reservations are not necessary and everyone is most welcome. Visitors have the opportunity to hear from both the Headmaster and the Head of Section (Head of Lower School for 11+ entry and Head of Upper School for 16+ entry); take a tour with a current pupil and chat with our Heads of Department. Visitors should expect to be with us for up to two hours.

The Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon sessions take place on normal school days. We ask visitors to arrive at the start of the Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon sessions, as we cannot accommodate visitors who arrive more than 30 minutes after the published time. School will be open to visitors from 1.30 pm but not before.

Saturday is not a regular school day, and there will be departmental displays around the School site. Visitors do not need to arrive at any particular time and School will be open from 9.15 am and close at 12 noon. There will be guided tours throughout the morning and the Headmaster's talks are ticketed on a first-come-first-served basis as visitors arrive. Families should allow up to two hours for a full visit and we recommend that visitors arrive no later than 11 am.

There is no on-site visitor parking at Alleyn's and, although there is unrestricted parking in our neighbouring roads, traffic can be heavy and roads congested. We ask visitors to park with consideration to local residents and suggest that local transport is the best way to travel to Alleyn's. If travelling by car, visitors might prefer to park a little distance from Alleyn's and to complete their journey on foot.

Small Group Tours with the Registrar

Informal small group tours of the School with the Registrar or Deputy Registrar take place regularly during the summer term 2018. Visitors who wish to hear from the Headmaster, or speak with our Heads of Section or Department, should attend a formal open event.

Reservations are necessary. Please contact the Registrar's Office for further information and to make a reservation: email: deputyregistrar@alleyns.org.uk or telephone 020 8613 5026.
