The 2026 Edward Alleyn Lecture brings together dynamic individuals who have challenged convention and dared to use their voices with conviction. In a world changing at pace, our panelists will explore the reasons, risks and remarkable rewards associated with challenging the status quo, and why doing so is not just exciting but essential.
This celebration of the power of agency and owning one’s own voice aims to inspire the Alleyn’s community to challenge wisely, boldly and well. Chaired by Alleyn's Head, Jane Lunnon, our panel includes:
- Charlie Dark MBE (Cribb's 1989), lululemon brand ambassador and Run Dem Crew founder
- Dr Greta McLachlan (Spurgeon's 2002), NHS surgeon and author of the groundbreaking Breaking the Silence report
- Chris Stylianou OBE, former Sky COO and Women's Business Council advisor, awarded OBE for services to diversity and the economy
- Aisha Bywaters (Brown's 2002), double-BAFTA-winning casting director
This event will take place at 7.00pm on Thursday 14 May and tickets are complimentary. We encourage you to arrive at 6:30pm to enjoy refreshments and engaging conversation before the lecture. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect and to be inspired by a compelling line-up from within the Alleyn's community. Spaces are limited - please book your seats below:
