River Test Walk

The Randonneurs are an Alleyn's alumni group, lead by John Gibbons (Tyson's 1970), that organises challenge walks and treks across Britain throughout the year.

Join The Randonneurs for this walk along the River Test on 22 March 2024. The route will take walkers along the Test Valley and will finish at Mottisfont Abbey, which is a National Trust property. The distance is approximately 14.5km but it is very flat and so should be a comfortable, easy stroll. It is an estimated 3.5 hour walk so participants are recommended to bring a packed lunch and water.

We'll be meeting at 10.45am at the Mayfly Pub, Fullerton Road, Stockbridge SO20 6AX. A taxi company will meet walkers at Mottisfont Abbey at the end of the walk to take them back to the Mayfly for food and drink.
