Alumni are warmly welcome to join us for the Lord Higgins (Dutton's 1946) Chamber Music Concert at Blackheath Halls.
Named in grateful recognition of the work of Lord Higgins in leading and promoting the W.J. Smith Trust at Alleyn's, the concert will be the 12th chamber concert that we have held at the Halls, and will feature a rich and varied programme performed by our talented chamber musicians.
Alleyn's has a long tradition of exceptional chamber music-making, with groups receiving weekly coaching throughout the year and performing to visiting international artists in our Dulwich Concert Series at Alleyn's (this term, the Aquinas Piano Trio). In this Lord Higgins Chamber Music Concert, our young musicians look forward to sharing with you the fruits of their hard work, honing their ensemble skills in this most intimate and thrilling of media in the beautiful surrounds of the Blackheath Halls.
