Keston Common Walk

The Randonneurs are an Alleyn's alumni group, lead by John Gibbons (Tyson's 1970), that organises challenge walks and treks across Britain throughout the year. The group warmly welcomes new joiners. Keston Common is a surprising area; whilst being bounded by some fairly busy roads, it opens up into some delightful woodlands, steams and lakes.

Participants should meet at Holwood Farm coffee shop on New Road Hill, Keston, BR2 6AB at 11am on Sunday 14 April. 

The route will take walkers up past the famous Wilberforce Oak and on to the common. After a circuit of the common, walkers return to the coffee shop which also offers an excellent Sunday lunch for purchase.

This is a shorter, local walk that is more of a gentle stroll than the usual monthly hikes.
