Join Alleyn's Basketball Camps where the spotlight is on basketball conditioning, offensive and defensive strategies, and ball handling proficiency.
Led by our expert coaching staff, this specialised camp offers dynamic basketball drills and comprehensive skill development, ensuring players acquire the fundamentals for success on the court.
Our co-educational basketball camp caters to players of all abilities and gender.
To attend, participants must be aged between 11 and 16 (Year 6 to Year 11).
We warmly welcome students who do not attend Alleyn's.
Basketball camps will run throughout the year outside of the Alleyn’s School term, where dates permit (excluding Bank Holidays). Exact dates will always be listed here once published.

Suitable clothing - Players should arrive ready-to-play in suitable sporting clothes. This includes trainers which provide adequate support to play basketball in.
Water and refillable drinks bottle - Everyone should bring their own water bottle to stay hydrated. We've scheduled plenty of drink breaks and have water fountains available for refilling.
Medical - Attendees with asthma or a severe allergy must bring their inhaler/adrenaline auto-injector with them each day and should hand these to the Lead Coach at registration for safe keeping if required.
Mobile Phones - If an attendee brings a mobile phone with them to the course, we will ask that the device is turned off and kept in a bag for the duration of the session.
Allergy Notice - The Alleyn’s campus is a nut, coconut, and sesame-free site, even in the outdoor areas. If attendees bring any products on site containing these ingredients, they will be disposed of in accordance with Alleyn’s School Allergy Policy.
Venue
Our course will be delivered in our Sports Hall which provides an exceptional facility for basketball. Registration, breaks and collection will also take place here.

Registration
Attendees should arrive at the Sports Hall, already changed and ready to play at 1:50pm. Before starting any activity, they must check in and register with a staff member who will be waiting for their arrival.
Please note we are unable to start registration before 1:45pm.
Attendees should access the site through the Senior School Main Entrance on Townley Road. Our Commissionaire and Security Team are located at the front of School in Townley Lodge and are on hand to direct the way if needed.
Parents, although welcome, are not required to be present where prior consent has been provided for attendees to arrive and walk home on their own. Please ensure you have selected the relevant consent option on KidsClubHQ.
The ASEL Office or Lead Coach should be notified beforehand if an attendee can't attend the course due to sickness or any other reasons. If attendees are registered for a course but fail to appear, ASEL staff will contact parents to ensure the attendee's safety.
Contact Details
While we are unable to share personal contact details for coaches managing a course, our coaches will always be able to reach parents via a School landline if required.
The ASEL Office (020 8613 5027) will continue to be open throughout the holidays, but staff may not always be available at their desks to answer the phone while a course is running if they are helping to deliver an activity.
If you need to contact a member of staff during our hours of operation, please call the Main School Reception (020 8557 1500) in the first instance and they will be happy to connect you with the Lead Coach responsible for the course. Our reception is always staffed and open throughout each day of camp.
We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your place, but you can also check our booking system for the latest availability.
Should we have open slots, we accept same-day bookings. However, please note that all payments must be made through the online booking system.
