Alleyn’s School
Art students in Year 10 went along to the Barbican on Tuesday to see the Alice Neel: Hot Off The Griddle exhibition.
This is the largest exhibition to date in the UK of American artist, whose vivid portraits capture the shifting social and political context of the American twentieth century, so the students, who were there to gather contextual, first hand research and visual material for their coursework, had plenty to inspire them.
