School Captains’ Boards

2012-13 School Captain Will Durgan has nominated the School Captains’ boards. 'The boards are a constant reminder of Alleyn's great history. Generations of captains have been and gone and each name has a fascinating story behind it,’ he writes. The list of School Captains’ names goes as far back as 1902.  The boards are installed in the Great Hall and they were unveiled on Founder’s Day in 2009 before a gathering of past School Captains.
