Space Centre Visit

Congratulations to Ned who had his photograph taken with his sister for ‘The Week Junior’ when he won second prize in the Science and Nature competition, receiving tickets to the National Space Centre in Leicester.  They both visited a 3-D planetarium, the rocket tower to see Thor-Able rocket, a Blue Streak fuel tank and they also enjoyed a 3-D simulation ride.  On every level there were games about how to land rockets on the Moon and how to make spaceships work. Well done Ned!
