London Mayor Elections

Not to be outdone by events in the wider world, the children of Alleyn’s Junior School will be voting for their very own London Mayor on 6 May. The children in Year 6 have been busily arranging themselves into different political parties and creating their manifestos. They may be rather different from their adult candidates as their pledges will have to appeal to a younger set of voters.

The children will make their presentations during assembly on that day before the school goes to the polls at lunchtime. The results will be announced the next day.
