Our Charity - Southwark Day Centre For Ayslum Seekers

Each year we choose a charity that is the main recipient of our fundraising. Our charity for 2021-2022 is the Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers (SDCAS). This is a local organisation that helps support asylum seekers with food, housing, education and community. This week in assembly, the Junior School enjoyed a visit from Joe, who reminded us about the work they do and the people who they work with. It was a good opportunity for the children to understand further about where our money and donations will go.
