Three tutor groups went along to see this rewriting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet (one of the Year 9 set texts) last night and the remaining three will go on Thursday. The adaptation has received rave reviews as a ‘joyous’ production, and it was indeed an exciting and memorable return to annual English theatre trips which the Year 9 cohort have so sadly missed for the last year.
