In recent years we have eliminated disposable plastic in our Dining Hall and dramatically reduced our plastic consumption.
Food waste is a key measure for our catering operation and we have taken steps to reduce food waste, offering self service on meals. We have enhanced recycling of all waste and our food waste is recycled to produce biofuel.
We have also implemented a meat-free Monday menu every week to reduce our overall meat consumption.
