Year 9 Spanish Trip

On Wednesday, our Year 9 hispanists spent an exciting day at the British Film Institute. It was a great opportunity to boost their language skills by studying Spanish Cinema. The morning session consisted of a clip-based presentation introducing a selection of short films and activities aimed at extending pupils' vocabulary and reflecting on gender stereotypes. In the afternoon, they watched the Mexican feel-good movie 'Atlético San Pancho' which had them all cheering for the underdogs by the end.
