From dark caves to bright abseil descents CCF cadets conquered personal fears in this year's Adventure Training Camp.
Over February half term, CCF cadets were invited to take part in our annual Adventure Training camp, which this year was based in Hathersage in the Peak District. Cadets and staff stayed in the YHA in Hathersage, and all activities were provided by 'Lost Earth Adventures' instructors, with pastoral assistance by Alleyn's staff.
Cadets lucky enough to attend took part in the following activities and conquered some fears in the process!
Monday 13th: Half Day caving
Tuesday 14th: Scrambling, Climbing & Abseiling
Wednesday 15th: Full day canoeing & raft building
Thursday 16th: Full day hiking with navigation training
