We were thrilled to welcome back our recent leavers from the Classes of 2022, 2023, 2024 and our newest alumni, the Class of 2025, for a festive reunion at the Florence in Herne Hill. It was a brilliant chance to get together with school friends and celebrate the season in true Alleyn’s style.
After a year of reunions, networking events and Townley Road visits, this was our final alumni event of 2025 and it was the perfect excuse for recent leavers to reconnect—many of them fresh back from their very first term at university. The room was buzzing with laughter and stories of new adventures and tales of travel, study and work.
Now a firm favourite in the alumni calendar, this much-loved event continues to go from strength to strength. Friendly faces on the night included the most recent School Captain team, including Esmé Willitts-King (Spurgeon’s 2025), Eddie Luchmun (Brown’s 2025) and Martina King (Spurgeon’s 2025), alongside our former Development and Alumni Relations Prefects Isadora Vargas Mafort and Anahi Moreno (both Cribb’s 2025). With a bumper attendance, it was a joy to see so many familiar faces and friendships picking up right where they left off.
Our alumni also loved catching up with some of their former teachers and Heads of House, with Mr Lewis, Miss Bunch, Ms Phillips, Miss Ody, Mr Piper, Mr Green, Mrs Anderson, Ms Seed and Mrs Jenney all there, making the reunion even more special.
It was heart-warming to see so many alumni come together to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate the friendships that lie at the heart of the Alleyn’s community. We wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year and can’t wait to see you again at another Always Alleyn’s event in 2026!
