Liz Elliot Woodwind prize

This year's Lizbeth Elliott Woodwind Prize was a hard-fought competition that really brought out the best in our young musicians. There were some virtuosic and thrilling performances across the classes, with our adjudicator, clarinettist Peter Sparks, particularly impressed by the performers' mastery of rhythm and their ability to capture the individual character of their pieces.
