This week, 70 Year 12 students travelled to the LSE campus for the first of three entrepreneurial boot camps. Designed to complement their AiQ Start Up course this term, the programme gives students the opportunity to learn and grow with the support of the LSE Generate Schools initiative.
Working alongside founders and entrepreneurs, students will identify real-world problems linked to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, over the course of the term, develop practical and realistic solutions.
Students were thrown in at the deep end with the Founder Challenge, an initiative that pairs them with LSE alumni entrepreneurs to tackle genuine business challenges. Through workshops and mentorship, students build key skills in problem-solving, pitching and teamwork, while developing an entrepreneurial mindset focused on positive change.
