Children’s Mental Health Week was marked by a vibrant programme of activities designed to help pupils slow down, express themselves and strengthen connections with one another. Across the school, there was a strong sense of community as pupils embraced opportunities to pause, create and connect.

The week featured a bustling bake sale, bringing pupils together in support of a shared cause while adding a little sweetness to the school day. The Library became a calm and welcoming space for Books & Biscuits, where pupils enjoyed reading, colouring and quiet conversation - a cosy corner for reflection amid busy schedules.

In the Lower School playground, creativity flourished as pupils painted to music, combining art and sound in a joyful expression of wellbeing. Meanwhile, energy and teamwork took centre stage during a lively 4-square tournament, encouraging friendly competition, movement and plenty of laughter.

Throughout the week, these activities provided meaningful opportunities for pupils to look after their mental health in ways that felt accessible and enjoyable. Whether through creativity, physical activity or simply spending time together, Children’s Mental Health Week was a reminder of the importance of balance, community and taking time to care for ourselves and one another.
